Lived most of my life within sight of this place, and probably only 30 minutes away at most. Some great views looking down on the Dublin city sprawl and whenever we came back from a trip around Ireland seeing these hills always meant you weren't far from home. It can be pretty bleak and empty, but it puts you in your place and reminds you how small your life really is if you get too big for your boots.

Fabulous mood shot. Your skies are always so dramatic - I love them!

We have a lot of moody skies over here, although I do tend to run out two exposures from the RAW file - one darker one for the skies. Sometimes, if I'm desperate, I'll take a moody sky from one shot and stick it in another image. Whatever works really.

Awesome shot. I found this portfolio through Creative Ireland after recognising your excellent black and white street shots in a thread there. I love the sky in this and can't help think what it would be like in mono.
